Beautiful watch - replaced the rubber strap with a Nato and it's perfect. Feels like a good homage with a built in patina that gives that old 60's feel. Easy to order and great service from Seiko SA.

Beautiful watch, fantastic build quality - Good service from Seikoboutique - The black silicon strap is terrible - My Ocean King Turtle strap is superior and match cheaper. Very disappointed in the caliber 8L35 movement - running fast, 15 seconds a day - my other 4R and 6R Seiko's perform much better. The SLA 055 is very expensive - was expecting more of the strap and the movement. The 4R and 6R Seiko's is better value for money.
Amazing dial, this Arita porcelain dial has an amazing, beautiful blue hue to it. Accuracy so far +-5 sec per day.
I like the watch, the strap are too long for my wrist though.

This is my third Seiko and Once again I'm impressed. While the watch is large and heavy it fits comfortably on my wrist with no turning or twisting tendency. I love the solar technology, the GMT function, the fact that its a true diver watch and the accuracy. I have synchronized it with a satellite phone and it has not lost even a second in 2 weeks. In short I'm delighted with it. Just wish the wave texture on the dial was a bit more prominent.
I recently purchased the Seiko Alarm Clock. When it arrived I was a bit surprised and how small it is as I expected a "normal" size bedside clock (or what I thought was normal). I absolutely love the clock. It is neat, very clear in the dark, and am very happy with my choice.
